Acceptance Of Terms
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation in our site. If you wish to use the site including its tools and services please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing this site or using any part of the site or any content or services hereof, you agree to become bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, then you may not access the site or use the content or any services in the site.
Modifications Of Terms Of Use
Amendments to this agreement can be made and effected by us from time to time without specific notice to your end. Agreement posted on the Site reflects the latest agreement and you should carefully review the same before you use our site.
Intellectual Property Rights
You hereby acknowledge all rights, titles and interests, including but not limited to rights covered by the Intellectual Property Rights, in and to the site. You will not acquire any right, title, or interest in or to the site except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any of our services, software, or documentation, or create or attempt to create a substitute or similar service or product through use of or access to the Program or proprietary information related thereto.
Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose information you obtain from us and or from our clients, advertisers, suppliers and forum members. All information submitted to by an end-user customer pursuant to a Program is proprietary information of LDL. Such customer information is confidential and may not be disclosed. Publisher agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, distribute or commercially exploit any such proprietary information in any manner.
This agreement is a contract between the customer (“you”) and LDL International, ABN 74 253 189 606 ( “LDL”), 135 Edward Henty Ave, Doreen, VIC 3754 Australia.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with LDL. By completing and submitting the customer order form online and using the LDL service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
For Gift Certificate, please review the terms and conditions on their product pages before proceeding with your order.
LDL reserves the right at all times to make changes to the LDL Terms and Conditions, stock offers, bonuses and rewards at its sole discretion without prior notice.
1. Definitions
The following apply to these Terms and Conditions:
- Agreement means an agreement between you and LDL to supply Goods.
- Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order.
- Goods means Goods described in an Order (including Packages, Workshops, Events, Gifts and Gift Cards).
- Order means an order by you to purchase Goods from LDL.
- Personal Information includes, but is not limited to your name, Delivery Address and payment details.
2. Price Of Goods And Payment
All gift and purchase prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery and gift wrapping. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each product ordered and all applicable taxes in that regard. Note that Gift Certificates are simply downloaded as a PDF and are not shipped physically.
1) VariationLDL reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.
2) Method of paymentYou may use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners, or PayPal. LDL does not accept cheque payments for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.
3. Refunds, Returns And Problems
1) Refund policyAll hair orders, deposits and payments are non refundable for all hair purchases. LDL prides itself in custom making the hair just for you, and a lot of time and work goes into this process, including hand picking just the right hair extensions for you and making them fit your head perfectly. As such, we do not offer any refunds for any hair purchases. Each set of LDL International Wefts has been made exclusively for you, and has taken hours to create.
2) RETURNS POLICYDue to hygiene concerns, hair that has already been installed/worn can not be returned as this violates Australian health regulations as well as the LDL standard of quality.
3) LDL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES QUALITY ASSURANCEAt LDL, we stand by the quality of our products and services. The LDL quality assurance process includes testing the hair before it reaches you to make sure the hair is as expected. If there is a problem with the hair extensions that LDL provided, installed or maintained, LDL is happy to assess your specific situation, review the extent of the problem, evaluate whether the problem was caused by LDL, and if LDL deems necessary, come to a decision on what can be done to rectify the situation. This decision is purely LDL’s to make, on LDL’s terms.
LDL aspires to ensure all clients are happy with their hair, this includes their hair colour. If you are unhappy with you hair colour we ask that you advise us in writing within 7 days after your hair colour appointment with us. We will arrange the next available appointment with our hair colourist for you to attend our salon to review and discuss.
4. DeliveryGifts and Gift Cards are only available for delivery in Australia. Please note that products, gifts and Gift Cards are delivered as an individual item and cannot be bundled together. As such a separate delivery fee applies for each item.
You may nominate a delivery week however LDL is unable to ensure or guarantee delivery on a nominated day.
Delivery Charges: For deliveries in Australia a $20 express delivery charge applies to each Product Purchase to be delivered.
For deliveries outside Australia, the delivery charge will vary depending on the destination.
Risk & Title Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
Delivery requirements
LDL does not make Goods available for collection.
Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.
A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods (or the person is unable or unwilling to provide appropriate proof of age), a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.
LDL will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.
5. Stock And Product Availability
All Goods featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the Goods as described will be available at the time of the sale.
Please note that customer orders are not available should an item not be available.
LDL will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Goods ordered by you are supplied to you. If the Goods ordered by you are not readily available in stock, whenever possible LDL will offer you a comparable product of equal or greater value.
LDL reserves the right not to sell certain products to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain Products is restricted or prohibited.
6. Delivery To Remote Locations
Delivery to some remote locations may take up to 10 business days
7. Cancellations
SERVICE CANCELLATION POLICY
We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. 48 hours meaning, during business operating days – Monday and Tuesday bookings must notify us no later than the Friday prior to your booking as the Salon is closed Saturday's and Sunday’s. Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled time can be re-booked at no additional cost to the client.
Any cancellations by/for the client that occurs within the 48-hour period will result in a cancellation fee of $75 being applied. We will require an immediate payment of the cancellation fee.
Clients who make a booking and subsequently fail to present for their designated appointment and have not contacted the salon to cancel their appointment or have cancelled their designated appointment on the day, will result in a full service fee being applied, which will be equal to the value of the service fee for that booking.
Clients who are running more than 15 mins late for their appointment, will be re-booked and rescheduled to another day. A cancellation fee of $75 will apply and charged immediately.
As a courtesy, we shall send the client a reminder message 7 days prior to their appointment. However, it is the responsibility of the client to keep track of their appointments.
ONLINE STORE CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be cancelled online within 12 hours from the time of placing the order, after which the Goods will be delivered. You must request an email in writing to our contact form here.
8. Returns
Should you wish to exchange or return an item purchased online (except Gift Cards, and Product Purchases), visit our LDL salon located at 135 Edward Henty Ave, Doreen, VIC 3754. Exchanges and returns will be processed in accordance with the current LDL Returns Policy.
Please note that Product purchased must be in its original packaging, unopened and in a saleable condition.
Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for another denomination or tender (ie cash). Gift Cards and cannot be refunded or returned, unless required by law.
Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable, unless required by law.
9. Booking Fees/Appointments
A $75 booking fee is required to secure all appointments at LDL. If the Client cancels or reschedules within the 48-hour period that $75 booking fee will be applied and the Client will be required to make another $75 payment to secure their next booking.

10: Additional Time Cost
All services with LDL International are based on time. LDL recommends 6 weekly reinstallation's to keep your hair in optimum condition. This has less to do with the growth of your hair and is to do with the shedding and natural product buildup that occurs between visits. If you choose to make your bookings later than 6 weeks an additional time cost of $87.50 per 15 minutes will be applied to your next booking.
11. Gift Cards
These terms and conditions do not contain the full terms of use governing the use of your Gift Card. Please review the terms and conditions on the relevant product’s information page before proceeding with your order.

12. LDL Workshops
LDL Workshops and/or events online purchases are for use on set dates available that are selected. YOU WILL RECEIVE A LETTER 7 DAYS PRIOR TO COMMENCEMENT OF YOUR SEMINAR WITH ALL THE INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED.
All fees must be paid in full seven days before the commencement of the workshop.
LDL reserves the right to make changes to any programme as necessary up to and including cancellation with 24 hours notice.
By providing your payment details you authorise LDL to use those details to deduct all fees payable.
LDL reserves the right to decline registration or admission to any course.
I am permitted to transfer my attendance to another date provided that I give written notice to LDL at least TWENTY-ONE (21) days prior to previously scheduled date. if I do not give such prior written notice, the workshops may be forfeited.
I am permitted to transfer date of my workshops a maximum of TWO (2) times within TWELVE (12) months of the date of this contract.
If I do not attend this workshop within TWELVE (12) months of the date of this contract, the seminar will be forfeited
I warrant that during all such times whilst on the premises both my property and my person shall be at my own risk and I will not hold the company liable for any injury or loss of property whether caused by the negligence of the Company, it’s servants or agents. I acknowledge that this is a binding agreement which will not be cancelled by me. I acknowledge that the agreement may not be sold or transferred to any other person and that any fees paid are not refundable.
I agree that the workshop payments set out as above are payable when they fall due whether or not I avail myself of the workshop and that if any installment is overdue for a period of more than twenty on (21) days that the total balance then outstanding shall become due and payable immediately.
13. Applicable Laws
The laws of Victoria, Australia govern this agreement.
14. Privacy And Security
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of processing the order, and may be shared with a third party delivery agent for the purposes of delivering your order. For further information regarding the LDL Privacy Policy.
15. Promotions And Discounts
LDL at its discretion, may honour promotions, discounts or offers currently available instore, however all advertised items are available only while stocks last unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.
Payment Plans
LDL at its discretion, may offer a payment plan to clients. The payment plan terms are as follows:
-A 30% deposit is to be made in order to begin the creation of your weft.
-You can make additional payments to pay off your wefts over a 12 month period, either over the phone by calling +61 488 822 09 or by bank transfer and sending a receipt of payment to the aforementioned number.
-Any and all outstanding amounts are to be paid seven days prior to installation of your wefts.
