Refund Policy

All sales are final. Given the nature of the product (Hair extensions, hair care and accessories) we cannot refund an item due to change of mind. There is no change of mind once ponytails have been chosen, as they have been put aside for you to be created. We do not hold hair. Upon payment, the chosen ponytails are placed in a queue to be prepared and be made into your custom hair extensions.

We've endeavoured in every way possible to share the colours and the products correctly, however please note that technology can't translate colour the same way our eyes can, and that the physical product may be darker, or lighter than how it looks on the screen.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 5 days of delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ldlinternational.com.au and send your item to: 135 Edward Henty Avenue, Doreen, VIC 3754.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
