At LDL International, we strive to provide the highest quality products and services. Due to the nature of our products (hair extensions, hair care, and accessories), all sales are final. This means we cannot offer refunds for change of mind once a purchase has been made.
Customised Orders
Each ponytail is custom-made for you. Once a ponytail has been chosen and payment received, it is prepared and crafted specifically for you. Therefore, we cannot hold hair or accept returns for custom made orders.
Color Matching
While we make every effort to ensure the colors of our products are accurately represented, please note that variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting. The actual product color may differ slightly from what you see on your screen.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@ldlinternational.com.au. We will gladly exchange the defective item for the same product. Send the item to: 135 Edward Henty Avenue, Doreen, VIC 3754.
