This Agreement outlines the complete terms and conditions that apply to your participation and use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or using any part of our site or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with all terms and conditions, you may not access or use any part of the site or services.
Modifications of Terms
LDL International may update or modify these Terms at any time without specific notice. The most current version of the Agreement will be posted on the site and should be reviewed prior to using our services.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, titles, and interests in and to the site and its content remain the exclusive property of LDL International. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works based on our services, software, or intellectual property.
Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information obtained through LDL International, including client, supplier, and service details. All customer data is confidential and must not be distributed or commercially exploited. This Agreement is between you (the customer) and LDL International, ABN 74 253 189 606, located at 135 Edward Henty Ave, Doreen, VIC 3754, Australia.
By placing an order or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
Definitions
- Agreement: The contract between you and LDL for supply of goods/services.
- Delivery Address: The address nominated by you for delivery.
- Goods: Includes products, packages, workshops, events, and gift cards.
- Order: Your request to purchase Goods from LDL.
- Personal Information: Includes name, delivery address, and payment details.
Price of Goods and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Delivery and handling fees are charged separately. Payment methods accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Zip Money and PayPal. Orders must be fully paid before dispatch. Gift certificates are emailed in PDF format.
Variation
Prices may change at any time. The confirmed price at the time of order will apply.
Refunds & Returns
Refund Policy
All hair orders, deposits, and payments are non-refundable. Each set of extensions is custom-made to your specifications, and therefore refunds are not applicable.
Returns Policy
Installed or worn hair cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Products must be unopened, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.
Quality Assurance
LDL assesses any issues on a case-by-case basis. If an issue arises with hair installed or maintained by LDL, an internal review will be conducted to determine appropriate resolution. Clients must notify LDL in writing within 7 days of any colour concerns.
Delivery
- Deliveries are only available within Australia. Each item incurs its own delivery fee. LDL does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and does not offer local pickup.
- Delivery Charges: $20 Express delivery fee per item within Australia. International fees vary.
- Acceptance of Delivery: Someone must be present to accept delivery. LDL is not liable for late or failed deliveries due to incorrect details.
Stock Availability
Goods are offered in good faith. If not in stock, LDL may offer an alternative of equal or greater value. LDL reserves the right to restrict sales based on location or availability.
Remote Delivery
Delivery to some remote locations may take up to 10 business days.
Service Cancellations
- To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required. No charges are made at the time of booking.
- Cancellations with more than 48 hours’ notice: No fee. Appointment can be rescheduled.
- Cancellations within 48 hours: $75 cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Full service fee charged to the card on file.
- Late arrivals (15+ mins): Will be rescheduled, and a $75 fee applies.
- Appointment reminders are sent 7 days prior, but it is the client’s responsibility to track bookings.
Online Store Returns
Items (excluding gift cards and products) may be returned in person at LDL, 135 Edward Henty Ave, Doreen VIC 3754. Products must be unopened and in original packaging. Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable unless required by law. Delivery and handling fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Booking Fees
All bookings require a valid credit card to secure the appointment. No charges are applied at the time of booking. If cancelled within 48 hours, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If cancelled within 24 hours or in the event of a no-show, the full service fee will be charged.
Additional Time Charges
Services are time-based. LDL recommends reinstallation every 6 weeks. Delays beyond this may result in a surcharge of $87.50 per additional 15 minutes.
Gift Cards
Terms vary by product and are outlined on each product page. Maximum $5000 per transaction. For assistance, call 0483 938 831.
LDL Workshops
- All workshops must be paid in full 7 days prior. You will receive details 7 days before the event.
- LDL may cancel or reschedule workshops with 24 hours' notice.
- You may transfer your booking with 21+ days’ notice, up to two times within 12 months.
- Non-attendance within 12 months results in forfeiture.
- Workshop fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.
- By registering, you accept all risk and liability.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Privacy and Security
Personal information is collected for processing your order and may be shared with third-party delivery agents. Please refer to the LDL Privacy Policy for more information.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and offers are valid only while stocks last and are subject to change without notice.
Payment Plans
LDL may offer interest-free payment plans for the first 3 months. A 30% deposit is required to begin weft creation. Payments are direct debited weekly, fortnightly, or monthly from your nominated account or credit card. Any remaining balance after 3 months will incur a 5% late fee on the outstanding amount.
